How to add a Sub-Account

Having a sub-account s important because it allows users to grant controlled access to specific parts of their hosting account without sharing their main login credentials.

  1. In the Home page, navigate to the top tabs and click on the drop down menu of Account
  2.  Click on User Management
  3.  In the Choose Contact section click on the drop down menu to add contact
  4.  Then click on Add New Contact
  5.  Enter First Name
  6.  Enter Last Name
  7. Enter Company Name
  8.  Enter Email Address
  9.  Enter Phone Number
  10.  Enter Address 1
  11. Enter Address 2
  12. Enter the City
  13. Enter the State/Region
  14. Enter Zip Code
  15.  Click on the Country drop down menu to select a Country
  16.  Click on the Country
  17.  Scroll down for better view, Click on the tick box to configure as a sub-account
  18.  Click on check all to have access to previllages
  19.  Click on Generate Password, or you can enter your on password following tips given
  20.  Password generated will be displayed, copy and save it in your machine
