What to Put for both Incoming and Outgoing mail servers
For both incoming and outgoing mail servers, put your
dedicated mail server, which will either be an emalahleni.sive.host or ekhaya.sive.host
Mail Settings Secure SSL/TLS Settings
Username: Your Email Address
Incoming Server: mail.nefcorp.org.za/emabaleni.sive.host/ekhaya.sive.host
IMAP Port: 993
POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: mail.nefcorp.org.za/emabaleni.sive.host/ekhaya.sive.host
SMTP Port: 465
Mail Settings Non-SSL Settings (not recommended)
Username: Your Email Address
Incoming Server: mail.nefcorp.org.za/emabaleni.sive.host/ekhaya.sive.host
IMAP Port: 143
POP3 Port: 110
Outgoing Server: mail.nefcorp.org.za/emabaleni/sive.host/ekhaya.sive/host
SMTP Port: 25
If ehakaya.sive.host and emabaleni.sive.host are not working (perhaps because you recently changed your domain's DNS), then you can replace it with the IP address or the hostname of the server which you are on.
These settings are the same for your addon and parked domains (when you are checking email for them and need to set up your account in your email client).
